Dr.Moeen has over 35 years of clinical experience in Pakistan and abroad and helped set up the 1st Hospital based Palliative care unit in Pakistan at SKMT.
Currently working full time in the UK.

Long term ambition to set up Palliative care services for Pakistan which will involve the setting up of palliative care clinical services together with education and training of health care professionals in the discipline.
